good quality
Just what I ordered. Cut ends were very sharp, there was a warning on the shrink wrapped part, but I would have paid a bit more for a wire wheeled part that wasn't rabid. After deburring it doing exactly what I bought it for

A vary capable small heatsink
This heatsink is only a bit larger than the 'antique' ones I'm running out of, but does an amazing job of cooling. I incorporated a small 'computer' fan an inch above it, running at 9 instead of 12 volts, and a 4" piece of this sink, placed horizontally, is cooling a 45 watt LED chip with a temperature rise of only a few degrees. At this price, I'll definitely be buying more!
