At HeatsinkUSA, we take immense pride in manufacturing our aluminum heatsinks right here in the United States. This commitment allows us to provide you with superior quality, shorter lead times, and full compliance with "Buy American" standards.
However, the domestic aluminum market is currently facing unprecedented structural shifts. To ensure we can continue sourcing premium domestic metal and maintaining our U.S. production facility, we will be adjusting our pricing effective May 1st, 2026.
Why this change is happening:
- Domestic Premium Surges: The cost to deliver aluminum within the U.S. (the Midwest Premium) has hit record highs of over $2,000 per tonne this year, driven by low national inventory.
- Tariff Pressures: Recent 50% tariffs on imported primary aluminum have created a "price floor" for all domestic supply, significantly raising our raw material costs.
- Energy & Labor: Operating U.S. smelters and fabrication plants now involves higher energy costs as we compete with the rapid expansion of domestic AI data centers for grid capacity.
Updated Pricing:
Starting May 1st, 2026, pricing for our heatsink profiles will increase by an average of 30%. Please note this is the first increase we have made in 4 years as we have been hoping to not have to pass along increased costs to our wonderful customers. We do not reach this decision lightly.
Protecting Your Current Projects:
We want to help you manage this transition. We will honor all current pricing for orders placed and confirmed by April 30, 2026.

HeatsinkUSA's aluminum heatsinks are extruded in Belding, Michigan, USA. We supply companies and individuals with quality heatsinks online for use in a large variety of applications, including commercial LED Lighting, Audio, Electronics, Industrial, Medical, Aerospace, and Defense.
We have NO MINIMUM ORDER requirement.

If you would like a document detailing all of our currently available extruded heatsink profiles, please click here to download. We charge a low flat fee of $5.00 on every order, which covers any number of horizontal cuts needed to complete the order. (This will appear as a handling charge on your invoice)

Lead times vary, however, the vast majority of our orders are shipped the next business day. In some cases, we can ship same day for a $25.00 charge. Please call for availability to ship same day.
