    Aluminum Heatsinks

    HeatsinkUSA's aluminum heatsinks are extruded in Belding, Michigan, USA.  We supply companies and individuals with quality heatsinks online for use in a large variety of applications, including commercial LED Lighting, Audio, Electronics, Industrial, Medical, Aerospace, and Defense.

    We have NO MINIMUM ORDER requirement.

    Please browse through our aluminum heatsinks and contact us if you have any questions. If you would like a document detailing all of our currently available extruded heatsink profiles, please click here to download. We charge a low flat fee of $5.00 on every order, which covers any number of horizontal cuts needed to complete the order. (This will appear as a handling charge on your invoice)

    For detailed instructions on HOW TO ORDER click here to visit our FAQ page.      Vertical cuts are possible as well for an additional cut fee.  Any order requiring vertical cuts must be placed by phone. 

    Lead times vary, however, the vast majority of our orders are shipped the next business day.  In some cases, we can ship same day for a $25.00 charge.  Please call for availability to ship same day.
