      Application: 180Watt LDMOS RF SSB Amp... At 100 watt output sink is barely warm..Increase to 180 watt output and after 5min my cooling fan finally kicks on..Excellent Sink..Chicom heatsink with fan, output 100 watt LDMOSFET would fry... Excellent quality Product..

      Dimensions are just about right, serrations really does help to get the heat off it. Unfortunately the heatsink I received had a "bowed" sink base (not flat) resulting in +/-.010" deviation from the middle to the edge. Fortunately I did not need the base to be completely flat for this particular application.
