Our goal is to provide our customers with quality,
extruded aluminum heatsinks at an affordable price.

We supply companies and individuals with quality heatsinks for use in a variety of applications, including DIY and commercial LED lighting and Audio.

HeatsinkUSA supplies products in smaller quantities that are not available from larger manufacturers.

Please browse through our profiles and contact us if you have any questions. We sell our heatsinks by the inch.  We charge a low flat cut fee of $5.00 on every order, which covers any number of cuts.  If you need yours cut to a more specific length (for example a 7" heatsink cut down to 6.5"), this can be done with any one of our seven available profiles.  Just order the next highest inch, fill out our contact us form and submit it with your order.  Be sure to reference your order # when doing so.

Lead times vary, however, most orders received prior to 3pm EST are cut that evening and are shipped the next business day.

International Customers (any country other than Canada), if you receive an error message at checkout that we do not ship to your location, it may be due to the content of your cart (weight), please contact us for a quote.
